How it Works
Welcome to My Report
After creating your account:
Login using your username (email) and password.
Go to Manage Students then Add Student(s).
Then, go to Manage Report, Create Comment. Select your student and start selecting options from various drop-down menus and enter details into the form.
Enter the specific expectation or learning skill into the designated field. To get the Ontario Curriculum and learning skills go to the MyReport Home Page. Click on the appropriate Curriculum. From there, Copy and paste into the Expectation or Learning Skill.
In the "Include an example(s) of learning:" field, provide an example of your student's learning. This should be a concise statement describing what was said or shown.
The examples of learning are the most important input to individualize your student’s reports. The more specific the better.
After completing the form, click the Generate Comment. This comment is entirely editable, allowing for further customization, including adjustments to better suit individual needs. Here, you can also "Find & Replace" with your student's name. There is an automatic character count.
Upon finalizing, use the "Copy to clipboard" button to copy the comment, which can then be pasted into a report card program or a specific file. As with any AI there may be responses that have been incorrectly processed and are not completely accurate. Although rare it is the teachers' responsibility to ensure all comments have been checked and edited so that they give an accurate assessment for the intended individual.
